Snorkeling area is good. Generally clean spaces
Negative: Food was not great, vibe is early 2000s :D music and decor, I think more suitable for older people and people with kids, then young couples, snorkeling area is very good

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they speak several languages so communications not an issue.
Rooms and common areas are very clean, and food was fantastic with different choices every night

Exceptional
The hotel left an exceptionally positive impression, as did the reef.
Our trip began with us forgetting our phone in the taxi, and we want to point out that the hotel manager Sherif noticed that something was wrong just by looking at us—even before we said anything. He asked what had happened and quickly helped to solve this issue. In our experience, such attentiveness is rare.
The reef near the hotel is excellent, starting with a convenient pier and continuing with a rich variety of live corals and marine life. There are plenty of turtles, which are very easy to meet.
The hotel itself also left a pleasant impression. As a welcome gesture, we received a free room upgrade upon arrival. The restaurants offered excellent food, the room was clean, the internet was good (especially by Egyptian standards), and the bed was comfortable. We honestly can’t think of anything that would have spoiled the experience.
